These domains have been kept pristine by ICANN's name collision prohibition, now think of them as being auctioned off like park land for you to develop.

Four new gTLDs are entering Sunrise this morning.

If you're really determined to get a domain, but don't hold the corresponding trademark, you can register during the Landrush phase.
